{"id":8291,"date":"2020-11-20T16:26:29","date_gmt":"2020-11-20T22:26:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/encuentroinformativo.com.mx\/?p=8291"},"modified":"2020-11-20T23:13:27","modified_gmt":"2020-11-21T05:13:27","slug":"mantienen-revision-al-interior-del-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/encuentroinformativo.com.mx\/?p=8291","title":{"rendered":"Mantienen revisi\u00f3n al interior del Poder Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Dar\u00edo Pale <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xalapa, Ver.- La presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Isabel Romero Cruz se\u00f1al\u00f3 que contin\u00faa la revisi\u00f3n al interior del Poder Judicial del Estado sin que hasta el momento se hayan encontrado irregularidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En breve entrevista realizada en el parque Ju\u00e1rez, previo a la conmemoraci\u00f3n del 110 aniversario de la Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que apenas est\u00e1 llegando como magistrada presidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuestionada respecto a c\u00f3mo recibi\u00f3 el Tribunal Superior de Justica del Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que,&nbsp;\u201cestamos apenas revisando, hasta el momento no hemos encontrado nada, estamos revisando\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuestionado sobre un presunto desv\u00edo de recurso en el Fondo Auxiliar de Impartici\u00f3n de Justicia en el Consejo de la Judicatura, reiter\u00f3 que contin\u00faa la revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente&nbsp;afirm\u00f3 que en caso de encontrar irregularidades se actuar\u00e1 conforme a la ley, cabe se\u00f1alar que durante la entrevista sus auxiliares y escolta trataron de impedir que hiciera cualquier declaraci\u00f3n a los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n tratando de conducirla al lugar que ocupar\u00eda durante la ceremonia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dar\u00edo Pale Xalapa, Ver.- La presidenta del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Isabel Romero Cruz se\u00f1al\u00f3 que contin\u00faa la revisi\u00f3n al interior del Poder Judicial del Estado sin que hasta el momento se hayan encontrado irregularidades.
